Charlotte Robillard-Millette is a professional tennis player from Canada. She achieved her highest singles ranking of world No 532 in September 2017 and reached a peak WTA doubles ranking of 231 on May 15, 2017. Her best junior ranking was No 4, attained in June 2015. She has 2 doubles ITF titles. Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020, she has not participated in professional tennis.

Born on January 12, 1999, in Blainville, Quebec, Charlotte Robillard-Millette has been part of Tennis Canada’s National Training Centre in Montreal since the fall of 2013.

In October 2013, she secured her first junior doubles title at the G5 event in Burlington, Ontario. A week later, she made her professional debut at the $50,000 Toronto Challenger, where she was eliminated in the second round of singles qualifying and reached the quarterfinals in doubles. In December 2013, she triumphed in the U16 category of the Orange Bowl, winning the final against Alexis Nelson in three sets.

In May 2014, Charlotte Robillard-Millette achieved her inaugural junior singles title by overcoming Julia Payola at the G4 tournament in Budapest. Later, in August 2014, she reached the quarterfinals in both singles and doubles at a $25,000 event in Winnipeg. In October 2014, she secured her second junior doubles title at the GB1 tournament in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Additionally, during the same month, Charlotte Robillard-Millette advanced to the quarterfinals of the doubles event at the $50,000 Challenger de Saguenay.

In January, at her first Grand Slam event, the junior Australian Open, she reached the singles quarterfinals, where she was defeated by the eventual champion, Tereza Mihalíkova, while her doubles campaign ended in the first round. In February, she was chosen to represent Canada in the World Group first round tie against the Czech Republic. By April, she had won consecutive ITF junior singles titles at the G2 in Istres and the G1 in Beaulieu-sur-Mer. At the junior French Open in May, Charlotte Robillard-Millette progressed to the third round in singles and the second round in doubles. During the junior Wimbledon event, she reached the second round in both singles and doubles. In July, at the $50,000 Challenger de Granby, she caused an upset by defeating world No 224, Amandine Hesse, to reach the quarterfinals, where she was eliminated by world No 194, Stephanie Foretz. At the junior US Open in September, she advanced to the second round in singles but had to withdraw due to an abdominal injury. In October, at the $50,000 Challenger de Saguenay, she achieved her most significant victory to date by defeating world No 176, Shahar Pe’er, in the second round, although she was subsequently defeated by Maria Sanchez in the quarterfinals.

In January, at the junior Australian Open, Charlotte Robillard-Millette was eliminated in the first round of singles and reached the quarterfinals in doubles. In April, she made her debut in the Fed Cup, partnering with Sharon Fichman in the World Group II Play-offs. During the junior French Open in May, she faced early exits, losing in the first round of singles and the second round of doubles. At Wimbledon, she was also knocked out in the second round in both singles and doubles. In July, at the $25,000 Winnipeg Challenger, she achieved her first professional doubles final alongside compatriot Marie-Alexandre Leduc, but they were defeated by Francesca Di Lorenzo and Ronit Yurovsky. In August, Charlotte Robillard-Millette secured her first professional doubles title with fellow Canadian Bianca Andreescu at the Challenger de Gatineau. By October, she reached the quarterfinals in singles and the final in doubles at the $50,000 Challenger de Saguenay. In November, she advanced to the semifinals in doubles at the $50,000 Tevlin Women’s Challenger.

In January, Charlotte Robillard-Millette reached the final of the $15,000 tournament in Petit-Bourg alongside Emilie Francati. In February, she was chosen to represent Canada in the Fed Cup Americas Zone Group I, teaming up with Bianca Andreescu, Katherine Sebov, and Carol Zhao. Her contributions helped Canada secure a spot in the World Group II playoffs with a 3–1 overall record. In March, she reached the final of the doubles draw at a $15,000 event in Heraklion with Carol Zhao. Two weeks later, she and Zhao won the title at another $15,000 event in Heraklion, marking her second doubles championship. In September, she qualified for her first WTA tournament at the Coupe Banque Nationale, defeating Camilla Rosatello and Conny Perrin, both ranked in the top 250. However, she was eliminated in the first round by Caroline Dolehide.
